AVRON PLATINUM PLYWOOD

Avron Platinum Ply is a BWP marine-grade ply made from Gurjan Hardwood timber veneers. And by Gurjan, we mean 100% imported Burmese Gurjan.  Avron Platinum Marine Grade Ply is the flagship product from the Avron Ply house. Every panel is made with pre-press technology and is bonded at high pressure and temperature with undiluted phenol, formaldehyde, and ralternatelyesin.

It is further treated in a vacuum-pressure impregnation plant, using specific preservatives to render it resistant to marine organisms. Avron Platinum Ply panels are composed of 8×2 core panels with a thickness of 1.8mm for each layer of core. This ensures that the finished ply has zero core gaps, zero overlaps, and zero splitting on nailing or cutting. The panels are finished with 0.4-mm-thick Gurjan face veneer.

It can withstand rigorous climatic conditions and alternate dry and wet weather in the deep sea.
