We manufacture Avron Block boards from a combination of selected, seasoned, and durable pinewood. We bond these boards with melamine-fortified urea formaldehyde resin under high pressure and temperature for MR grade and phenol formaldehyde resin for BWP grade. The block boards resist twisting and warping and possess superb screw- and nail-holding capabilities. The use of seasoned and resilient pinewood timber is primarily responsible for our success.
The face veneer, core veneer, and wooden battens on this block board match flawlessly. After carefully seasoning the wooden battens in carefully monitored seasoning kiln plants, we precisely cut them to a consistent thickness. We structurally arrange these battens and take the utmost care to avoid any extra gaps between them. conduct regular tests to maintain the quality of block boards as per the standards of IS 1659. The block boards are ideal for wardrobes, cabinet doors, beds, partitions, shutters, etc.
